Getting Started

Get up and running with EstateOps in minutes. This guide walks you through account creation, your first property, and inviting your team.

1. Create Your Account

Visit /register and enter your full name, email address, and a strong password. You'll be asked to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before proceeding.

2. Choose a Plan

After registration, you'll be directed to the onboarding page where you can select a subscription plan. EstateOps offers three tiers:

  • Residence — For single high-value properties (up to 2 properties)
  • Estate — For multi-property portfolios (up to 10 properties)
  • Portfolio — For family offices and institutional operators (unlimited)

Choose a plan that fits your needs from Billing & Plans.

3. Create Your First Property

From the dashboard, click "Create Property" and enter the property name, address, and an optional description. Your property will appear on the dashboard immediately.

4. Add Zones and Assets

Click into your property to add zones (e.g., "Main House", "Garden", "Pool House") and register assets within each zone. Assets can be anything from HVAC systems to artwork and vehicles.

5. Invite Team Members

Navigate to the Members tab within your property to invite team members by email. Assign roles such as Manager, Staff, or Viewer to control access levels.
