Team Management

EstateOps supports multi-user collaboration with role-based access control. Invite team members to specific properties and assign roles that determine their level of access.

Roles

Each team member is assigned one of the following roles per property:

  • Owner — Full control including billing, member management, and property deletion.
  • Manager — Can manage zones, assets, incidents, work orders, and vendors. Cannot delete the property or manage billing.
  • Staff — Can view and update incidents and work orders assigned to them. Limited asset management.
  • Viewer — Read-only access to property data, incidents, and work orders.

Inviting Members

Navigate to your property's Members tab and click "Invite Member". Enter the team member's email address and select their role. They'll receive an invitation and can join the property after creating an account (if they don't have one).

Member Limits

The number of team members per property depends on your subscription plan:

  • Free — Up to 3 members per property
  • Residence — Up to 10 members per property
  • Estate — Up to 25 members per property
  • Portfolio — Unlimited members

Removing Members

Property owners and managers can remove team members from the Members tab. Removed members lose access immediately but their activity history is preserved in the audit trail.
