Properties
Properties are the core unit in EstateOps. Each property represents a physical estate, residence, or managed site. Within each property you can organise zones, register assets, log incidents, and create work orders.
Creating a Property
From the dashboard, click "Create Property". Provide a name, optional address, and description. The number of properties you can create depends on your subscription plan.
Zones
Zones subdivide a property into logical areas — for example "Main House", "Garden", "Garage Block", or "Staff Quarters". Each zone can contain its own assets and be referenced in incidents and work orders.
Assets
Assets are individual items registered within a zone. Examples include HVAC systems, security cameras, artwork, vehicles, or any equipment that requires tracking. Each asset has a name, optional description, and category.
Incidents
Log incidents against a property to track issues, damages, or events that require attention. Incidents can be assigned a severity level and linked to specific zones or assets.
Work Orders
Work orders represent tasks that need to be completed — maintenance, repairs, inspections, or installations. They can be assigned to team members or vendors and tracked through to completion.
Vendors
Register trusted vendors (contractors, suppliers, service providers) against a property. Vendors can be linked to work orders for coordination and audit trail purposes.
